Our mission is also to attempt the alleviation of pain and suffering for patients afflicted with arthritis and similar joint diseases utilizing and developing new technologies to improve the care of patients with those diseases.

Thus, the patients receive better care because they are treated by a physician who has developed greater experience in their particular diagnosis.

• No Referral Needed. You have the opportunity to have a highly trained, sub-specialized physician, NO referral required. Just call to schedule an appointment with any of our physicians.

• We Train Other Physicians. Physicians come to the Mississippi Sports Medicine Fellowship Programs from all over the United States and Canada to receive training from the best physicians in the country - our Mississippi Sports Medicine physicians. Additionally, our physicians participate in UMMC Orthopaedic resident rotations attributing to the knowledge and effectiveness of physicians as they complete their residency programs and move into practice serving future patients.
